Reservation
Reservation for tours and accommodation must be made in writing either by mail or by email.

The fullest possible information is required in order to handle your reservations efficiently. Please advise exact;
(1) Arrival / Departure dates and flight details.
(2) Names in full with gender (Mr or Mrs / Miss etc) and age.
(3) Rooming list with number / type of rooms and meals required.
(4) Guide Language Requirements.
Payment (only apply to travel agents and tour wholesellers)
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your clients' arrival. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of all reservations without prior notice. If required, Proforma Invoices can be sent together with confirmation. Payment can be made via telegraphic transfers to our bankers;

Kindly advise us by fax of your remittance date, your Bank and its corresponding Bank in Malaysia.
Transfers
Unless otherwise indicated, transfer rates includes:-
a) Meet and greet services by our friendly representative.
b) Assistance with arrival/departure procedures at airport and hotels.
c) Transportation by air-conditioned cars/van/coaches unless otherwise indicated.
d) Water transport between the Mainland and Iban Longhouse is by longboat.
e) Sea transport between the Mainland and Bako National Park is by speed boat.
Amendments and Cancellations
All Amendments / Cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing.
Hotel, Carriers, Restaurants, Contractors or any other companies related to the services required, will charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. If any such charges are levied by them, these charges will be billed to you through CAT CITY HOLIDAYS SDN. BHD.
If it is necessary to cancel your bookings, our cancellation charges are;
(1) 50% cancellation charge for booking cancel within 07 working days.
(2) 75% cancellation charge for booking cancel within 72 hours.
(3) 100% cancellation charge for booking cancel within 48 hours.
(4) For Service NOT UTILISED, NO REFUND will be made for any part of services, tours hire, meals etc. by client once the trip has departed from their place of origin.
Insurance
Every person participating in any tour or holiday organized by the company shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his/her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other traveler. The company reserves the right to alter routes, timetable, itineraries and accommodation reserved if this is necessary or in the case of force majeure. Although all vehicles owned by the company are fully insured, tour members are requested to take out insurance for cancellations, health, accidents and baggage for peace of mind during and before the commencement of the tour.
Liablity
The company acts as agent for travel agents, airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport carriers and all other contractors and as such, assumes no responsible for any act, omission, error or any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, injury, theft, accident, change of schedules or government regulations, strikes, civil commotions etc over which it has no control. The company reserves the right, without penalty, to alter itineraries, with or without notice, if it finds it to be in the best interests of all concerned. If a tour has to be cancelled prior to the date of departure, due to circumstances beyond its control, the company will refund all monies paid by the clients.
Others
Beyond the Malaysia Statutory Insurance effected for the Coach the sightseeing companies and/or the selling agent accept NO LIABILITY whatever neither in case of accident NOR for property Lost, Stolen, Damaged during the Trip/Tours.
