GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL OUR TOUR PACKAGES AND ARRANGEMENTS

RESERVATION

• Reservation can be made by calling direct to our office or through email. A reservation that has been confirmed will be notified with a return email.
• A tour reservation is considered cancelled in the event no payment is being made by the guest two weeks before the actual tour date / arrival.

PAYMENT

Full payment has to be made upon confirmation of the reservation or the tour. Term of payment shall be made subject to agreement between both parties. Payment could be made by credit card or through telegraphic transfer.

CANCELLATION

• A confirmed booking (with hotel reservation) can be cancelled by notifying us in writing one week before the arrival date. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour fare will be levied. NO REFUND will be made on cancellation made less than 24 hours.
• A confirmed booking (without hotel reservation) cancelled more than 24 hours before the arrival date will be levied a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour fare. And NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation made less than 24 hours.

CHILD FARE

• A child below 3 years of age is considered infant.
• Children between 3-11 years old (without bed and breakfast) will be charged 50% of adult's rate.
• Children between 3-11 years old (with bed) will be charged 75% of adult's rate.

TRANSPORTATION

All tours are conducted either in air-conditioned coach, micro van or car depending on the number of the persons.

PICK-UP SERVICE

Complimentary pick-up service will be provided from any major hotels. Guests are advised to wait at the hotel lobby based on Pick-Up time given. Our guide / driver will display the guest?s name on the board card. Airport pick-up and transfer are subject to arrangement.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

Guests are highly recommended to purchase own travel insurance covering the period of the tour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are not responsible for any articles lost by passengers while on tour. The organizer / guide reserve the right to cancel or change any stops / itineraries if circumstances arise beyond their control.

TOUR REQUIREMNT

Guests who are going for adventure tours are advised to bring along a light raincoat, insect repellent, strong sneakers, slippers for overnighting, torchlight and binoculars (these items are available locally). For photography, bring flash, telescopic lens & fast film for filming in the outdoors.

Guests are advised to inform us on the language requirement for the tour.
